(2) There shall be added to section five of the A.D. 1927. Conspiracy and Protection of Property Act, 1875, the following provision, that is to say:-

"If any person employed by a local or other public authority wilfully breaks a contract of "service with that authority, knowing or having "reasonable cause to believe that the probable
